Nathan Fluter

 

Nathan was raised in Forest Grove, Oregon.  In 2006, Nathan received his Bachelor of Science in Fisheries and Wildlife Science from Oregon State University in Corvallis, Oregon.  Before law school, he spent some time working for Oregon State University researching a variety of wildlife diseases.

While in law school Nathan Was a member of the National Moot Court team.  He also spent a year as an intern at the Missoula County Attorney’s Office prosecuting misdemeanor crimes.  In 2009, Nathan graduated from the University of Montana School of law and started his law career at Buxbaum, Daue & Fitzpatrick, in Missoula.  He worked in the areas of plaintiff’s medical malpractice, catastrophic personal injury, and general civil litigation.  Nathan joined Bohyer, Simpson & Tranel, P.C. in early 2011.  Nathan’s primary areas of practice include insurance
coverage law, insurance defense, personal injury, products liability litigation, bad faith litigation, and healthcare law.

Nathan is licensed to practice in all Montana State and Federal Courts.  Nathan is a member of the State Bar of Montana, the Western Montana Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Montana Trial Lawyers’ Association.

When not working, Nathan enjoys a variety of activities including fly-fishing, hunting and hiking the trails of Western Montana.  He came to peace with the game of golf by giving it up.  Nathan appreciates and enjoys all of the wonderful outdoor activities Montana has to offer.
